Founded in 2021, M11 Credit offers various fixed-income opportunities to capital allocators and provides credit solutions to established (crypto-native) companies and DeFi protocols. Leveraging deep industry relationships, we deliver insights into current pricing and collateralization trends through our existing facilities. Our team excels in both off-chain and on-chain deal structuring, implementing comprehensive covenants beyond standard industry documentation.

M11 Credit is part of the M11 Group, a global blockchain and crypto-native investment firm.

## Underwriting Services

Since July 2021, we have steadily grown our activities in institutional underwriting within DeFi, and have been involved in over $800M in liquidity provided to (crypto-native) companies, primarily market makers and trading firms. M11 Credit scouts opportunities from our existing network that meet our underwriting standards and align with lenders' strategies and risk frameworks by:

- Leveraging longstanding and deep industry relationships.
- Providing insights into up-to-date pricing and collateralization trends through existing financing activity.
- Expertise in deal structuring and implementing comprehensive covenants beyond standard industry documentation (MLA).

For our network of Capital Allocators, we screen and vet a wide array of fixed-income opportunities from crypto-native companies and projects that offer attractive risk-adjusted returns.
